Randy S PicEverywhere you go there are people who seem to display a total lack of common-sense. Over the years people in my seminars have paid me very well to tell them how to interact with others. In my Customer Service Excellence workshops, I have had people approach me and say, “This is common sense!” Well, it is but those same people often say they work with people or have family members or otherwise interact with people who don’t seem to understand what for most of isĀ common sense.

I don’t intend to berate those individuals or organizations that seem to be lacking in this area. In fact, I hope that by writing about it, perhaps people will walk away with a few ideas that just may make a difference in their lives.
